Company Overview

Innovative Cleaning Concepts, Inc., (hereinafter ICCI) was incorporated in February, 1991 in
New Jersey to serve as the entity for manufacturing and sales of the Mytee Mitt™ cleaning
product line. Matthew Carroll is the founder and president of the Company.

What We Do

Here at Innovative Cleaning Concepts we manufacture The Mytee Mitt ™ Series of cleaning
products which is known for its special Teflon-like soft plastic material which is shaped in what
we call “mini-spatulas”. These “mini-spatulas” make cleaning a breeze!
